Chris was in Moscow second time and booked my services again more then 4 months before his trip. This time he decided to visit more countries and cities during his vacation to East Europe and Asia at the end of 2006. By his plan, several times his routs crossed in Moscow and I was on his service to meet and see him off in airports or railway stations during 2.5 weeks from the end of November till almost middle of December and provided for him one evening the Moscow By Night Tour.
During his second trip to Russia Chris visited Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, St. Petersburg and Volgograd. Everything was OK with his trains and planes besides his trip from Moscow to Volgograd by Aeroflot Company. When Chris was leaving Moscow for Volgograd, his flight to Volgograd took off 2.5 hours early. This meant that Chris lost one day in Volgograd as he had to spend the night in a transit hotel in Moscow. On the way back from Volgograd it was very strong fog in this city and a lot of flights were delayed or cancelled, so at the end he arrived to Moscow with half a day delay in different airport. Yes, he was not happy again and was disappointed due these circumstances with services of Aeroflot Company. Before living Russia to Korea he spent several days in Moscow and one evening we made excellent photo tour around the famous attractions of the city. He also likes photography as I do...
Here, I would like to send Chris everything the BEST in 2007 and less problems in his next travel adventures in future.

Arthur is AMAZING !!! I visited Volgograd for a few days in December '06 & when I was at the airport in Volgograd waiting for my flight to Moscow, I found out that the flight to Moscow was to be re-directed from Sheremetyevo to Domodedovo. I sent a frantic text message to Arthur asking if he could drive like a lunatic from SVO to Domodedovo to meet me. When I arrived at Domodedovo, Arthur was there to meet me ! Now that is A+ customer service !!! If you are ever visiting Moscow, hire Arthur. He is a true professional !!!
