I was so lucky to discover his website as I was preparing for my first-ever trip to Russia. I read in detail all the recommendations from his other clients, and I studied his web site at length. It was clear he was a consummate professional, and after I emailed him with a few questions (that he replied to very quickly) I enthusiastically booked his services as follows: airport meeting/pick-up at Moscow’s SVO airport (flawless), three full days of driver/guide service throughout the city and countryside (comprehensive, well planned, and really fun!), a stunning Moscow Night Tour drive, and drop-off at SVO airport (where he came inside the airport and stayed with me until I was safely in the correct line, which would have been wildly confusing if I didn’t have the benefit of his help). I can’t say enough good things about Arthur. His English is fantastic, he’s knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented, customer-service focused beyond words, dependable, honest, friendly, and has a great sense of humor – I could go on and on but you get the idea. One thing that I particularly liked was the way he collected details about what I was interested in seeing and doing. Then, he added his own thoughts and recommendations and together we created a customized tour plan for each day that far exceeded all of my expectations. He also demonstrated a brilliant ability to adjust on the fly if I wanted to modify the plan—no request was too difficult for him. One thing really stands out: since I was traveling alone, Arthur even brought along his camera to take pictures of me as we were touring around so I could be in the pictures. That meant so much to me. In short, Arthur’s enthusiasm for what he does—and for his country—made my trip memorable and magical. 	Sean Gillis & Hiro Yoshida Email: By Request From: Dublin, Ireland Date: 2006-12-04 16:39:53 Hiro and I recently spent three days in Moscow to attend the 2006 Cup of Russia at which a friend of ours participated. From the moment we contacted Arthur via this website, he was completely professional. Our flights arrived and left during the middle of the night, but it was no problem to Arthur to collect us and bring us where we needed to go. He even helped us check-in at our hotel and when we left he brought us right to our check-in counter. Unfortunately, we didn't have very much time for sightseeing, but we had come all the way to Moscow, so we wanted to see a bit of the city. Arthur put together a short tour to take us around to some of the major sights (Church of Christ Our Saviour, Kremlin, Red Square, GUM, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, etc.). Being a photographer, he also knew the best vantage points to get some nice pictures. He was so knowledgable about Moscow and it was great to hear his commentary about the city. He also helped us very much in shopping for souvenirs and recommending reasonable places to eat. All in all, Arthur made our stay in Moscow so enjoyable and memorable and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who visits Moscow.

Although we are very independant travellers and had done a great deal of reading we were very pleased to have the additional assistance of Arthur while he coped with the Moscow traffic and also his assistance in getting us to and aboard the train to St Petersburg. We had a marvelous driving tour of Moscow by night with Arthur before boarding the train at midnight. We highly recommend Arthur's services.

Authur was able to relocate me to a more suitable hotel, after my "knowledgeable" travel agent booked me into totally inapropriate surrounds. Authur's extensive knowledge of the city and it's history made my stay even more memorable, as I was interested in seeing all the sights, not just the ones in the brochures.I was picked up from my hotel on time every time, and was not only shown the sights, but was taken to some very interesting and enjoyable restuarants and night spots, something that only some one who is local would know.More importantly, as I was travelling alone, Arthur's conversation and presence made me feel more at ease, as he was able to translate on my behalf in all manner of social and non-social interactions. I would certanly recommend that any one thinking of travelling to Moscow should contact Arthur before travelling, so he can point them in the right direction as to where to stay etc... I had such a good time that I now count Arthur as one of my friends.
	Mike and Pam Zent Email: By Request From: Chelan, Washington USA Date: 2006-10-23 01:14:00 What a good decision it was to hire Arthur as our guide for our extra day in Moscow after our Viking River Cruise. He was on ship promptly at the agreed upon time to meet us and load our luggage in his new car. He first took us to our hotel, and then because we were early and the room was not ready, he graciously offered to bring us back after lunch to help us check-in and then continue the tour. We choose three sights that we did not see on the cruise. Arthur knows his way around, drove safely, and escorted us inside each location. His knowledge in guiding us through was invaluable and he made sure we saw the most important items or features. We also went to a delightful resturant where the locals go to eat, which was reasonable and good. Besides being knowledgeable in his history, Arthur speaks very good English. When we finished the last tour he added some bonus areas he wanted us to see and refused to charge more than the agreed upon price. What an honest, dependable, humorus, intelligent, and super friendly gentleman. We would highly recommend him as a guide and driver to anyone going to the Moscow area. We enjoyed him so much that instead of having the hotel get us to the airport, we hired Arthur the next morning to take us. Again, he was ready and waiting, and got us to the airport almost on the dot as to what he told us it would take. He would not leave us until he was sure we understood where to go and then answered any final questions we had. Thanks Arthur for helping to make our trip to Russia so very special!!
